Radish for the seed pots also known as rat's tail delicious tastes like peanut butter. I'm growing Edamame for when I make sushi. Jicama from store bought tubers are great lime juice and tajin seasoning also used in micheladas. Okra, Kabocha Squash, Big Rainbow, boxcar willie tomatoes, Spaghetti squash, and tomatillos.
